1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the Privacy Policy) specifies the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data that AVECTIS LTD (hereinafter, the Site Administration) can receive when Visitors use the corporate website avectis-group.com (hereinafter the Site).

1.2. The use of the Site by the User means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of handing and processing User's personal information.

1.3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Site.

• Site Administration is authorized site management officers acting on behalf of the AVECTIS LTD, organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the scope of personal data to be processed, actions performed with personal data;
• Personal Data means any information relating to an authenticated User or a User who can be authenticated based on such information
• User means any visitor to the site avectis-group.com;
• Personal Data Provision means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of people;
• Personal Data Distribution means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of people (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing with personal data of an unlimited number of people, including the publication of personal data in the media, posting in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

The Site Administration may process the following personal data of the User:

• phone numbers;
• company name;
• position.

The site also collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services.

The above data in the Policy are united by the general concept of Personal Data.

4. Purposes of the processing of personal data

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

Prior to cross-border transfer of personal data, the site administration shall ensure that the rights of data subjects are securely protected by the foreign state to whose territory personal data is to be transferred.
