Technical support for hardware equipment under warranty

The AVECTIS CJSC Service Center is the Dell Technologies authorized service center in the Republic of Belarus with the right to perform the warranty repair of a wide range of equipment with the possibility of visiting the customer by certified engineers.

In addition to the standard terms of technical support, we have established cooperation with the Dell EMC warehouse in the Republic of Belarus for the supply of the most popular components in order to speed up the warranty repair period.

Qualified engineers certified by the Dell EMC for each specific type of hardware equipment carry out the following work: 

  • monitoring of the state of equipment with the possibility of automatic alarm system in case of a failure
  • call-out, diagnostics
  • periodic preventive maintenance
  • spare parts replacement
  • customer's staff training, if necessary
  • updating of firmware and drivers
  • software installation, integration and maintenance

In addition to the standard list of work, the Service Center specialists provide technical support to a specific customer with a specified response time and hardware operability recovery.
